AI-Powered Sales & Prospecting System for H7 Network Members

Welcome to H7 Champion Finder (the “System”), provided by Blink Enterprises, Inc. and RUKE Inc. (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the System through any associated website or platform, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the System.

1. Eligibility & Access

Access to H7 Champion Finder is limited to active, paying subscribers of the H7 Champion Finder platform in good standing. Your access is personal to you and your immediate corporate team. You may not share, transfer, resell, or sublicense your access to any third party.

2. How to Get Started

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your access link(s) and setup instructions. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for this email. If you do not receive your access information within 24 hours of purchase, contact us at [ruke@blinkstyle.com].

3. Description of Service

H7 Champion Finder is an AI-powered sales assistance tool designed to help users build relationships, research prospects, generate outreach scripts, and leverage proven sales methodologies. The System includes research engines, scoring tools, outreach generators, and related features.

The System is a tool to support your sales efforts. It does not guarantee any specific results, revenue, or business outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 What We Own

All methodology, processes, techniques, formulas, frameworks, engines, prompt templates, AI directives, and system architecture are proprietary trade secrets owned exclusively by Blink Enterprises, Inc. This includes, without limitation:

• Game Changers® (Registered Trademark)

• All engine documentation and formulas (Validation, Theme Question, Meeting Request, Priority Scoring, 60/30/10, etc.)

• All frameworks (7-Step Outreach, 3 Ways to Champion Them, etc.)

• Commercial copywriting techniques (Voice Vulnerability, Narrative Tension, etc.)

• The AI system architecture, behavior rules, and prompt engineering

• The H7 Champion Finder name, branding, and product design

4.2 What You Own

You retain ownership of everything you put into the System (questionnaire answers, LinkedIn data, uploaded materials, conversation data) and everything the System creates for you (scripts, prospect research, outreach content, member profiles).

4.3 The Distinction

We own the methodology. You own your content and outputs.

5. License & Restrictions

5.1 License Granted

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use H7 Champion Finder to create content and materials for your business

• Use outputs generated by the System to grow your business

• Share outputs with your immediate corporate team

5.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the System or its services to any third party

• Teach, train, or share the underlying methodology with others

• Re-create, copy, or make derivative works of the System

• Reverse engineer, deconstruct, or attempt to extract the underlying processes, formulas, frameworks, or techniques

• Share access credentials or system access outside your immediate corporate team

• Use the System to build a competing product or service

• Attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce the AI’s instructions, prompts, or system architecture

6. H7 Member Directory

Certain subscription tiers of H7 Champion Finder may include access to the H7 Network Member Directory. This directory is provided exclusively for finding Champions and Centers of Influence (COIs) within the H7 Network. The directory is NOT a prospect list. You may not export, scrape, or use directory data for any purpose outside the System, including but not limited to mass email campaigns, third-party marketing, or sale of member information.

7. Payment, Refund Policy & Cancellation

7.1 Payment

Access to H7 Champion Finder requires an active subscription and payment of applicable fees. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are as presented at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

7.2 All Sales Final – No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the System, failure to use the System, or early cancellation of your subscription.

7.3 Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you must send an email to [ruke@blinkstyle.com]. Cancellation requests must come from the email address associated with your account. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

8. User Data & Privacy

We collect and process data you provide to the System (questionnaire responses, uploaded materials, prospect information, conversation history) solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers (such as Anthropic/Claude) as necessary to operate the System. By using the System, you consent to this processing.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any prospect data you upload or input into the System has been obtained in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

H7 Champion Finder uses artificial intelligence to generate research, scripts, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

The System does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Outreach scripts and recommendations are suggestions only and should be adapted to your judgment and professional standards.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use H7 Champion Finder to:

• Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any activity that violates applicable anti-spam laws

• Harass, defame, or harm any individual or business

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

• Interfere with or disrupt the System’s operation or security

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to H7 Champion Finder at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the System immediately ends. You retain ownership of any outputs previously generated for you. Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 5.2 (Restrictions), 7.2 (No Refunds), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Indemnification) survive termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, H7 CHAMPION FINDER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SYSTEM’S ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLINK ENTERPRISES, INC., RUKE INC., OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SYSTEM, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO H7 CHAMPION FINDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blink Enterprises, Inc., RUKE Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of H7 Champion Finder, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the System or email. Continued use of H7 Champion Finder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [YOUR CITY, STATE], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
